Here's what some of our brides have said...
"Eva was recommended to us by a friend and from the moment we met her and looked at some of her previous work we knew she was perfect for us. She listened to exactly what we wanted while also offering invaluable advice on what would work best. On the day, she was a pleasure to work with. She came to the hotel hours before the wedding to ensure we got the best possible 'getting ready' photographs. The photos of all our guests at the church are absolutely fantastic and the photos in the church capture the mood of the day perfectly. She managed to get the most amazing photographs without us even being aware of her presence. The posed and group shots later in the day were so well managed as a result of her patient and relaxed approach. So many of our guests commented on how friendly and professional she was. The final album is absolutely beautiful and tells the story of our day perfectly. We would highly recommend Eva to anyone looking for a wedding photographer who really understands how to get the most amazing photographs in the least intrusive way. Thanks Eva!" "Eva is a pleasure to work with. She has a real eye for capturing the special moments that make a wedding day. Her creative approach was evident in our wedding album which was beautifully put together. Eva showed great diversity in the range of photographs she took. Her use of the natural landscape complemented the arrangement of the wedding party shots. She also has an eye for capturing fun and laughter! We were especially delighted with the candid style photos of our wedding guests, many of whom commented on Eva's unobtrusive presence on the day. It was obvious to us that Eva was very well prepared in advance of our big day. She had plenty of ideas and suggestions for shots and locations and listened attentively to our suggestions. Eva worked tirelessly on the day to ensure that we have a wedding album to treasure!" Della and Greg McAvoy, Griffith Avenue, Dublin Clontarf Castle, Dublin |

"What a professional! Eva is a pleasure to deal with and a fantastically talented photographer. Like every wedding couple we were keen to pick the right photographer and hiring can be a gamble. Fortunately for us, Eva came recommended by my sister. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she covered four locations on the day to ensure that the story of our wedding day was perfectly told! So we are now in turn very happy to add our recommendation and to commend Eva on the excellent service that she offers… Just book her, you won’t be disappointed!" ''We contacted Eva regarding our photography after visiting her website. How lucky we were! Trying to plan a wedding from England is hard but Eva was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and made everything run so smoothly. From the moment we met her in Dublin and looked at her previous work we knew she was perfect for us. On the day Eva was a delight. Her unobtrusive skills were marvellous and we ended up with fantastic photos to remember the day by and the added bonus was that her mother(Kathleen's Cakes) made our wedding cake. It looked beautiful and tasted divine! So many of our guests commented on how friendly and professional Eva was. Her creativity is evident in our final album, it's beautiful and tells the story of the day perfectly. We would recommend Eva to any couple getting married, they would not be disappointed. Thanks Eva for everything!'' Laura Rogers, Hertfordshire, England & Liam Feeney, Cloneygowan, Co Offaly The Heritage Hotel, Portlaoise |

"Eva was recommended to us by friends and true to form she didn’t disappoint! Nothing fazed her; not the tiny chapel with awkward angles, and not even being accidentally directed to the wrong church! She even magicked the rain away (in the photos anyway!). Eva came to my mother’s house in the morning and clicked away – really professional yet barely visible. We were delighted with the photos – Eva has such an eye for detail and captures the day really creatively too. The disc with music was fab – everyone loved it and Eva didn’t miss a beat!" "I was married on the 1st October. It wasn't a great day for sunshine but when it did Eva made the most of it. Looking at some photos taken in the grounds of Barberstown Castle, you would swear it was a glorious day in June thanks to Eva. Eva arrived at my mum's house the morning of the wedding. Not only did she take some fantastic photos but organised the flower-girls, got them dressed, helped with their hair and also made my breakfast! All she was short of doing was the vacuum cleaning! She couldn't have made myself and my husband feel more special than she did, she is not only a great photographer but she is so much fun. We would recommend her to anyone out there looking for a professional, funky lady who knows how to work with all types of people. I will always keep her in mind for special occasions." "Absolutely fab! The photos we received are amazing! Using Eva Power Photography was by far one of the best decisions made regarding the wedding. She captured every aspect from start to finish and the range of photos was fantastic. Above all else, every photo was really natural. Eva made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease with having their photo taken. Her presence was so discreet that no one realised they were being photographed. The result of this was an album full of faces that mean a lot to us and an album that will not collect dust but will remain out for all to see." N. Mullin, County Meath Clontarf Castle |

"I was delighted with Michelle's photos; they were so relaxed and happy. All the guests were delighted with her added touch of taking couple photos of them. In spite of the torrential rain she got lovely moments, peeping out of the carriage and "walking the streets in the rain" with umbrellas. Eva then surpassed all expectations by returning the next day and taking some more beautiful photos in one of the most scenic spots in Ireland: Glendalough. It was evident from the photos that she had researched the best locations. These are particularly beautiful, walking by the lake holding hands overlooking Glendalough with the gorse in the background. This gesture on her behalf impressed the hotel so much that they told us that they put her on their official Wedding List! I would strongly recommend her to any couple on their special day." Mrs M. Kidney (mother of bride), County Wicklow The Glendalough Hotel |

"I would highly recommend Eva for your wedding day, she was absolutely brilliant. Myself and my husband came over from London to get married in Dublin so had very little time to spend looking for a photographer. My mum and dad first came across Eva while she was photographing another wedding and were instantly impressed by her. We then met her about a month prior to the date and knew she would be perfect. When we explained the type of photos we wanted she fully understood and did not push us to do it any other way. On the day of the wedding she was friendly and very professional, and put everyone at their ease. We had guests flying in from Australia and London and they were all very impressed by her and I know of several people locally who would be interested in using her for other occasions. The resulting album and photos are excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending her, she really captured our special day." Nina Romstedt, London Roganstown, North County Dublin |

"Eva was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really understood what Garret and I wanted: natural, fresh and at times really funny pictures, capturing our moment. We had a wonderful day and I couldn't recommend her enough; for her professionalism (she had plastic bags to wrap around my shoes so they wouldn't get muddy in wet grass - talk about funny pictures!), her enthusiasm, her discretion (we hardly saw her in church!) and above all her patience at herding all our guests for some group shots, a bit like herding cats, but she did it! We now have very special pictures of a very special day, ones that tell our story, and we love them. Thanks Eva!" Stephanie & Garret, Drogheda, County Louth Ghan House, Carlingford |
