Here's what some of our brides have said...

"Eva is a pleasure to work with. She has a real eye for capturing the special moments that make a wedding day. Her creative approach was evident in our wedding album which was beautifully put together. Eva showed great diversity in the range of photographs she took. Her use of the natural landscape complemented the arrangement of the wedding party shots. She also has an eye for capturing fun and laughter! We were especially delighted with the candid style photos of our wedding guests, many of whom commented on Eva's unobtrusive presence on the day. It was obvious to us that Eva was very well prepared in advance of our big day. She had plenty of ideas and suggestions for shots and locations and listened attentively to our suggestions. Eva worked tirelessly on the day to ensure that we have a wedding album to treasure!"

"What a professional! Eva is a pleasure to deal with and a fantastically talented photographer. Like every wedding couple we were keen to pick the right photographer and hiring can be a gamble. Fortunately for us, Eva came recommended by my sister. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she covered four locations on the day to ensure that the story of our wedding day was perfectly told! So we are now in turn very happy to add our recommendation and to commend Eva on the excellent service that she offers… Just book her, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Eva was recommended to us by friends and true to form she didn’t disappoint! Nothing fazed her;- not the tiny chapel with awkward angles, and not even being accidentally directed to the wrong church!!! She even magicked the rain away (in the photos anyway!).
Eva came to my mother’s house in the morning and clicked away – really professional yet barely visible. We were delighted with the photos – Eva has such an eye for detail and captures the day really creatively too. The disc with music was fab – everyone loved it and Eva didn’t miss a beat!"

"I was married on the 1st October 2005. It wasn't a great day for sunshine but when it did Eva made the most of it. Looking at some photos taken in the grounds of Barberstown Castle, you would swear it was a glorious day in June thanks to Eva. Eva arrived at my mum's house the morning of the wedding. Not only did she take some fantastic photos but organised the flower-girls, got them dressed, helped with their hair and also made my breakfast! All she was short of doing was the vacuum cleaning!! She couldn't have made myself and my husband feel more special than she did, she is not only a great photographer but she is so much fun. We would recommend her to anyone out there looking for a professional, funky lady who knows how to work with all types of people. I will always keep her in mind for special occasions." "Absolutely fab! The photos we received are amazing! Using Eva Power Photography was by far one of the best decisions made regarding the wedding. She captured every aspect from start to finish and the range of photos was fantastic. Above all else, every photo was really natural. Eva made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease with having their photo taken. Her presence was so discreet that no one realised they were
being photographed. The result of this was an album full of faces that mean a lot to us and an album that will not collect dust but will remain
out for all to see."

"I was delighted with Michelle's photos; they were so relaxed and happy. All the guests were delighted with her added touch of taking couple photos of them. In spite of the torrential rain she got lovely moments, peeping out of the carriage and "walking the streets in the rain" with umbrellas.
Eva then surpassed all expectations by returning the next day and taking some more beautiful photos in one of the most scenic spots in Ireland: Glendalough. It was evident from the photos that she had researched the best locations. These are particularly beautiful, walking by the lake holding hands overlooking Glendalough with the gorse in the background. This gesture on her behalf impressed the hotel so much that they told us that they put her on their official Wedding List! I would strongly recommend her to any couple on their special day."

"I would highly recommend Eva for your wedding day, she was absolutely
brilliant. Myself and my husband came over from London to get married in
Dublin so had very little time to spend looking for a photographer. My mum and dad first came across Eva while she was photographing another wedding and were instantly impressed by her. We then met her about a month prior to the date and knew she would be perfect. When we explained the type of
photos we wanted she fully understood and did not push us to do it any
other way. On the day of the wedding she was friendly and very
professional, and put everyone at their ease. We had guests flying in from
Australia and London and they were all very impressed by her and I know of
several people locally who would be interested in using her for other
occasions. The resulting album and photos are excellent and I would have
no hesitation in recommending her, she really captured our special day."

"Eva was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really understood what
Garret and I wanted: natural, fresh and at times really funny pictures,
capturing our moment. We had a wonderful day and I couldn't recommend
her enough; for her professionalism (she had plastic bags to wrap around
my shoes so they wouldn't get muddy in wet grass - talk about funny
pictures!), her enthusiasm, her discretion (we hardly saw her in
church!) and above all her patience at herding all our guests for some
group shots, a bit like herding cats, but she did it! We now have very
special pictures of a very special day, ones that tell our story, and we
love them. Thanks Eva!" Stephanie Comey, Drogheda, County Louth Ghan House, Carlingford |
